Single-Serve Snickerdoodle Cookies

Baking for one or just want a single treat for yourself that you don’t have to share? This recipe for single-serve snickerdoodle cookies is perfect for just that!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons sugar, divided
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, divided
  • Heaping 1/4 cup flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/8 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Directions:

  • Heat the oven to 350 and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl combine 1 teaspoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Set aside.
  • In another bowl combine the flour, baking soda, salt, tartar, remaining sugar and cinnamon. Mix together.
  • Add in the butter, milk and extract and mix again.
  • Roll the dough into a boll and then roll that in the cinnamon sugar mixture, so the outside it coated with cinnamon sugar.
  • Transfer to the baking sheet and press down into the shape of a cookie.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes or until it starts to golden slightly.
