This sweet tart is anything but black! Top with fresh mint and blackberries. Super small and easy to eat!
Ingredients:

- 2 C. flour
- 1 Tbs. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ lb. cold butter, cubed
- 6 Tbs. cold water
- 1 bag dried beans
- 3 pt. fresh blackberries
- ½ C. flour
- 1 ½ C. white sugar
- 6 Tbs. butter, cubed
- 3 lemons, juiced
- 1 Tbs. lemon zest
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar
- 1 C. mixed berry yogurt
- Additional blackberries and mint
Directions:
- Add flour, brown sugar, and salt to a large bowl. Mix for about a minute, then add butter cubes. Add water and mix until dough starts to form. Form into a flat disc and seal in plastic wrap for up to 1 hour.
- Set oven to 400 F.
- Add additional flour to countertop and lay dough flat. Shape dough to a small tart pan, folding edges on the inside. Add beans so that the edges are filled
- Bake for 20 minutes until lightly golden. Remove beans.
- To make the filling, mix berries, flour, salt, sugar, butter, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a small bowl. Add brown sugar and yogurt and continue to mix until whipped and fluffy.
- Spoon into tart, and pop back into the oven for 40 minutes until thick.
- Remove and top with mint and blackberries.
