Oh, thank God my husband does the drop off and I do the pick up. I just would not be able to handle Mama Drama. I am decidedly not immune to kryptonite! LOL. I love the pick up though, except when she's having so much fun that she doesn't want to come home with me...

At least the teacher seems to handle the whole mama drama well.

My son gives me this, too, but usually it's before the ride to daycare, so we struggle getting him into the car. His favorite phrase is, "But I don't LIKE school, I want to stay with YOU." Sigh. Kills me. Until he recently added, "I think I might have a little cold today." Sneaky, at this age!

Your daughter's teacher sounds great, and interesting that he's male! That seems unusual to me.

OMG, we're going through this right now. It's brutal, it's breaking my heart. Yesterday my daughter ran after me after I left her classroom, hugged me, then looked at me with you know, THOSE eyes, and said: "Mommy, do you know how much I will miss you today?"
