		<description>What I do or don't believe is private, I don't talk about religion, my sex life or the state of my investment portfolio at work and I don't want to hear about anyone else's religion, sex life or investment portfolio either. 

There is way too much over-disclosure in the workplace these days. Sure, be sociable, talk about your weekend, your family or your new car but really...some things just don't belong at work.  Religion is one of them....unless you're a priest.</description>

		<description>ooh i think the only time it's appropriate is if you work for a particular religious or 'faith based' organization.  otherwise... icky!  
luckily i have not really ever worked in a situation like that.  though once i did have a guy that worked FOR me that suddenly 'found' religion and started telling everyone 'have a blessed day' and 'bless you' (without any sneezing prior to) and it was actually offending people and we asked him to stop.  Not sure if i would be offended, but i think neutrality is best in these situations!</description>
