My husband doesn't cry very often at all! Not even during sports as you say LOL, but it's not because he's not sensitive. Well, he's not SUPER sensitive, either. I think it just takes a lot to take him "there". He did shed a tear at the birth of our two sons and while watching a montage of my first son's first year for father's day. Perhaps his eyes watered when I walked down the aisle at our wedding, too. I think most men don't cry for fear of looking "weak", but many also don't feel like it, either. I think we, women, wear our emotions on our sleeve a lot more than men.

I do think many women would not like a man who cried over everything, either. I do think many women look to men to be strong, even in this feminist movement time of ours.

Yes, all the men in my life cry at appropiate times as well.
Death, birth, special events, super super sappy movie will shead a tear or two.
Even a huge fight will bring on a few drops when my razor sharp tounge stings to harshly.
Have never been around a crybaby male, but always around normal guys who are just human.

hm maybe i am weird, but all the men in my life cry at appropriate times. super sad movies, death, birth, etc. and they are all manly! i have seen them get angry at sports and excited and happy - but cry? nope.

i think it's more the crying at stupid sappy tv ads that might jepordize a man's manliness. i did this when i was under the influcence of crazy pregnancy/post-birth hormones. hubby laughed at me a little and hugged me. i knew it was silly but no control over it so i was laughing and crying at the same time. SOOOOO glad that is over!!!
