... is going for a walk, listening to NPR, without my phone with me.OK, it's one of my favorite ways to spend "me" time, but it's one I get to do most often. I've tried meditating and I just can't make it work, so this is second best.Oh, and if I can have some dark chocolate with me, even better:)
