Groceries

Just looked last night at our chequing account and found out that we spent $883 on groceries and gas in the past month...gas being about $100 of that. When we were budgeting before our grocery bill was within the $500 range, but that was before having to get Goat Milk, Goat Cheese and Wheat Free stuff for our daughter.

I want to reign our spending in and wondering what tips/tricks people have used. What do you spend on average and what size is your family?

I have three kids. One in diapers and we spend at least $200 a week. Sadly it's more when you try to eat more healthy. I have started to clip coupons and try to shop the sales.
