Trying to Kick the Cravings

It's not a habit. It's a compulsion. I'm addicted to carbs and to cheese. Preferably together in the glorious combo of Mac and Cheese.

 

I know it's bad for me, but it tastes oh so good and it's almost impossbile to stop.

  • Mandy, I could EASILY eat mac n cheese every day. I did it my junior year of high school and I did it again when Noah and Grace were in the NICU for 3 months. Literally each day.

  • As soon as baby is eating it every other day you will grow tired of it! Mostly. Oh, but I do love my mac n cheese. mmm.

  • Oh, I so know how you feel:) -- I LOVE mac and cheese.

    I've found that adding tons of fiber to my meals really helps with the cravings -- my latest obsession is the Fiber One bar, which has chocolate and tastes pretty good, and packs on fiber:)
