Weekend decisions

This is silly but on weekends I feel this constant pull to get out and do something interesting and or just hang out around the house chilling out. I am usually exhausted so we often do the latter, but then I realize life is short and we should be collecting some awesome experiences...

This morning my daughter is feeling better (although now I certainly have what she has:) - and I am trying to figure out whether we should venture out for a day trip or just hang out in the neighborhood...

I like to get out and do stuff. It is fun to take the kids to places like the zoo and museums but I have found that often times, they would prefer to stay home and play around the neighborhood with their pals.

We have the same dilemma. Like you lauren126 I am in the house a lot more than my husband and therefore he wants to stay in when I want to go out.

I feel the need to go out and do something on the weekends, too. I am home all day during the week, except for the occassional run to the market. However, my husband, who works outside the home, would rather be home all weekend doing what I do during the week. Bummer. I did go out today with my sister. We went to a local park to play tennis. I had the urge and had to play.
