  • I rather take nice long walks paired with portion controlling. It seriously helped me lose 40 lbs since last October. The walks are peaceful and relaxing. It's a nice break from chaos! I just put the little one in the stroller and go.

  • You have to eat for sure before working out, especially if you feel hungry! You need to stay with it and as soon as you start seeing results, your attitude will change back to LOVE! :)
