  • Right now I get in 3 days aweek. Before my mom nd grandkids came to live with me it was 7 days aweek. I lift weights once a week with my dad and do several different work out tapes. The other 2 days.

  • I used to work out every day... now i'm recovering post child birth and hope to still be able to go 5 x a week... I know it's not going to be easy but it really helps me to clear my head and focus for the day!

  • Before surgery about 5x a week. Since surgery? Not a once. My goal is to be back on the elliptical 5x a week after the first of the year.

  • I work out 5-6x a week. Not all of those are intense workouts but I make the effort to do something everyday and rest one day a week.

  • I just joined an indoor rock climbing gym with teenagers. I have reaped several benefits.

    1.) Wow your whole body gets a work out!

    2.) I have been able to connect with my teens in such a great way. You have to work together and communicate.

    We go twice a week right now.
