Help - Preschool / Daycare Recommendations in NYC

Hi Everyone. We're relocating to NYC and looking for a full time place (8:30/9:00 am - 6pm) for our 3-1/2 yo son. Can anyone recommend a preschool with extended care or a daycare with a preschool program? West side of Manhattan is ideal, but we also want high quality so we're willing to commute.
