How much to tip nanny for holidays?

• 
  We have a part-time babysitter, who comes 10 hours a week, and I am trying to figure out what bonus/tip to give her for the holidays. I was thinking $100, but my husband thinks that's a lot (it's a week's pay). I know what he means, money is really tight now, but I want to do the right thing.
