i need a little help. thighs, back fat, belly and hips

  • hey if any one has any good exercises for those body part then please help me and give me your advice please. before i had kids i was size 0 as all of us then i had my first which was a boy and i blew up then a year later i had my girl and just grew some more now i am ready to lose the weight and stretch marks i look like a obese tiger. if you can help please give me them help
