I have 2 year old triplets and a three year old all boys and I was about to go crazy. I was frustrated with my weight this long after having the babies and totally stressed about doing the same thing everyday (wake up, dress, breakfast, work, come home, screaming kids, dinner, bath, bed, flop on couch...). We joined our local YMCA and now go EVERYDAY! It was only $59 a month with free kidzone and classes so everyone gets a break. The kids get to play with other kids and get out of the house and my husband and I do our own thing for an hour. LIFESAVER!! (Lost 27 lbs so far since Nov.)”

At the end of the day, almost everyday, I relax in a tub full of bubbles with an aromatherapy candle and listen to Delilah! It so nice to hear I am not alone with all of my problems. This is the only thing that has gotten me through some very rough times after losing my job. I can clear my mind or straighten out my thoughts and just "be". I just found a new company recently that makes awesome aromatherapy candles www.theearthselements.com and I truely have to say that they are the best chaning my mood!by Always Sleepy on 11th November 2010691Vote!
My daughter loves the videos on the sesame street website. We will plop down on the couch with the laptop, and I open one browser window for her on one side of the screen and one for me on the other. She can watch the videos, I can check email or just surf the internet, and we get some cuddle time together.by Allison on 15th September 2010691Vote!
Remember HALT- Hungry Angry Lonely Tired. What ever it is you must take care of it. Don't ignore the signs. Take time each day to meditate in a quiet safe place, go to the beach, take a walk and enjoy nature.by terrip on 28th September 2015504Vote!
