Pretty much the only "me time" I get is my lunch 1/2 hour at work. Take that lunch break! You deserve it (and hey, it's legally mandated!) I turn off my "oh, I have SO much work to do" state of mind and grab my book and sit at starbucks or in the parking lot in my car and read/eat. It's really the only time I get to myself until around 10 pm (and that's if the baby goes to bed on time!)by MamaSara on 7th May 2011344Vote!
Hi moms! Just to share with you, here is a stress reducer I use almost daily since this summer : it's a single app for iOS devices but is really a smart idea! Just like your mood lamp except you can bring it anywhere. I use to relax with it, my children love it, and you can even use it as a nightlight ! This is the 'lifesaver' part, it helped me more than once with children when not at home. I wish app developers have more often such good stuff to offer !
