I agree that women bosses put more pressure on their women employees. I have a new boss just with the company for a few months and she has been nothing but rude to me. She is always giving me hassel about the work that I do and always challenges me about my work. I almost let her push me out of a job that I really love and emjoy doing. But, I figured it out. She needs to prove that she knows what she knows and I keep on doing my job to the best of my knowledge. I want her to respect me and know that I am the best person for my job. I have decided to kill her with kind and don't feul the flames. I have learned that you cannot please everyone all the time, but if you are doing the job that you were hired to do to the best of your knowledge, that's all you can do. I believe that female bosses can be intimitated in many ways by other female employers or employees for many reasons. Some of which are if you prettier, smaller and skinnier, if you have been with the company longer than they have and for these reasons the competition is on. So for all workitmoms that have bosses like I do, be yourself and believe that god has your back and as long as you have faith in yourself, you have no problem to worry about.
