About me:: I am ridiculously proud of the fact that I get to raise two really amazing kids. I am single by design and wouldn't have it any other way. Professionally I have accomplished a lot both in the corporate world and running my own business. I know what it is like to be unemployed and under-employed. Personally, I am a diehard optimist, terminally perky and a hardcore believer in personal accountability.

How I de-stress:: Get some fresh air.
Best advice I've gotten:: Always have goals for your career that push you to achieve what may seem impossible. Only do work that you love so much you would do it for free. This advice is for everybody though. It has nothing to do with being a mom.

Hi Kathy-u guys had me giggling over ur comments on working out! If we all could be workout partners, I'm thinking there'd be beer bottles in the water holders and M&Ms coming out of our hydration packs.. and yes, i've fallen off a treadmill already a few times : )

First, I have to congratulate you for being my first ever commenter on my blog! Ever. Yes, sad, I know.
And now I have to truly feel grateful that I'm not the only person on the planet that has a family member who hasn't been able to cut the umbilical cord, or in your case the, um, whatever it is that would be the male equivalent.
All I can say is, Thank God my mother hasn't learned how to text message, yet!!
