Hi Kim. Welcome to Work it, Mom! It's so great to meet you. I really enjoyed reading your profile: your little girls must be so cute together. Can't agree with you enough re. the importance of sleep. My daughter is 16mo and consistently good sleep makes such a difference to her functioning. Lack of sleep makes her a nightmare to be around!
