About me:
I got married in my early 40's and we adopted our son at birth. I took some time off and went back to work when my son was 15 months old. I also have a 19 yr old step son in College.
My interests:
Love to travel, wine, antiquing, beach
How I de-stress:
massage, spas
Best advice I've gotten:
No matter how hard you try you just can't do everything - and your Kids will still be happy

  • Hi Older Mom. It's great to meet you. Welcome to Work it, Mom! I so agree with your parenting advice: do not laugh at your children. I just think it's terrible when people do that and belittle them (and their budding identities). Ugh. Anyway, I'm a moderator here at WIM, so let me know if you have questions about anything.
