About me:: I worked with my husband for 30 years building our Chiropractic Offices. Raised 4 amazing Daughters who were all born at home. Continually growing and learning along the way. Recently, started a t-shirt design company for the Chiropractic profession, had my first article published in a Chiropractic magazine and looking forward to many new journeys in my life now that my daughters are grown.

How I de-stress:: Walk, Read, nap
Best advice I've gotten:: When your baby takes a nap, so do you. The cleaning can wait. Be the girlfriend!
