How I de-stress:
I love to go to my local coffee shop (run by my dear friend) for a nice, relaxing, sans-kids latte. A trashy Hollywood magazine in hand and the break is perfect.
Best advice I've gotten:
"Your children are only little for such a short time and you have the rest of your life to work." Words I have to remember constantly when someone just wants to be held without Mom checking her email on her I-Phone.
