I have a pretty interesting Thanksgiving story to share. I went and got the turkey the day before Thanksgiving. Now we have a pet dog. As I came in I put all the groceries on the table, of course our dog came and tried to see what was going on( he's a nosy dog!!). So anyway, I started putting everything away, the turkey I put in the sink so I can season it then put it in a pan and put it in the fridge for the next day. When I turned my back to get the seasonings our dog got up on his hind legs and tried to eat the turkey!!! The sink was too deep for him to really get at it but he got his claws into it. So there were claw marks all over the turkey. So that year we had 2 turkeys!! One for the dog and one for everybody else!!

Yeah, that's normal for my 4 year old. She does the same thing. It seems she rather get home first then have a snack. after her snack she talks about her day in school. It seems she would rather settle in first. Don't worry she'll tell you when she is more comfortable after getting out of school.
