- I am a single mother to Lauren, Annie and Claire. We live in Oregon's capital where I work for a local real estate agent but spend most days wishing I was able to be home with my children. I would love to say that I have an interesting hobby that I spend the free time that I don't have doing, but I don't! I've never been much of a hobbyist. If I had a spare minute it certainly wouldn't be spent crafting something. I would probably take the girls and head out of town to discover something new together. I love to travel. I can't wait to take Lauren to Washington D.C. and see her stand on the steps of the Whitehouse. Annie says she wants to get married under the Eiffel Tower…hopefully I get to experience Paris with her long before her wedding day. I love to write, about anything. I love the water. So why did I create this blog
