About me:
I'm a clinical social worker with a sincere interest in people's "stuff." I write a blog and also work as an editor with BlogHer Ads, a job I love because it allows me to interact and connect with really interesting parents (and others, of course).
My interests:
Running, visiting Maine, dance parties with baby, dinners out, indie films (especially Broken English---go see it now).

How I de-stress:
Bath. Exercise. Sleep. Do something with my hands (play-doh animals) or manual labor that takes the thinking away :-)
Best advice I've gotten:
"Don't offer other moms advice unless they ask for it. There's too much advice out there."

  • Hi Ashley. Welcome! Had to check out your blog because you're a redhead and so am I. :) Anyway, love your observations, especially about Starbucks and the upsell. Grr. And also the zoo. Zoos and art museums: love them but you have to put up with the dumb comments from the person talking over your shoulder to their companions. Ugh. Have a great day!!
