I prefer smart, open-minded people. I don't care about the gender.
At my current job I work with both -- almost 50%-50%.

I work primarily with men - manufacturing plant. For the most part, I loved it...we did some training on style differences between men and women and that helped with some of the "gaps". At times, though, I really missed having other working moms around.

Mostly men. They both have their ups & downs. Women can be fun to hang out with but too much estrogen in one room can be tricky. Men are alot more straight forward and as long as the decorum is professional (which is the case in my office) it's fine.

It's been so long since I've worked on a day-to-day basis with men that it's hard to answer this one. But gotta say that my office of women can't be beat. We're not petty, jealous, or catty with each other.

I prefer working with men. The only thing I dont like about it is that they get paid more money and are not as good at their job as I was.

i work mostly with men, but will soon be working with more women. I enjoy the 'chill' factor and stupid humor of boys, but once in a while it is also nice to dish about girly stuff! I think i most enjoy working in a mixed enviornment that is a little heavier on the men side. But i also realize that i work in IT and that is all i have known. so it's hard for me to be objective!
