  • I get 24 days of vacation/sick leave, 13 paid holidays, plus I work a flex schedule that allows me to have every other Monday off.

  • I get 25 days of vacation every year for being in the company for 5 years. Major holidays are normally paid days!

  • I get 15 days but only because I've been here SO LONG. They're nice, though -- if I have a personal day I need to take, they don't make me turn in a vaca slip every time.

  • I work for a small automotive repair shop so there isn't any benefits like paid vacation or paid sick leave. But my boss is awesome when it comes to getting days off for stuff. He understands my husband is the primary bread winner plus he works nights. So when I have sick kids or appointments or a vacation, I can pretty much get whatever I need off. In turn, unless I have an emergency, I try to schedule things around really important days at work that I can't miss.

  • While I was working at my accounting profession F/T I was at 3 weeks and unlimited sick (as long as they were really sick days) and about 12 holidays a year. Then I got a p/t position and I got NOTHING, it killed me, so I started a home based business. I just replaced my income working from home (1-1/2 years into my business) so I quit April 30 was my last day so now it is UNLIMITED Vacation days. I planned 3 vacations this summer alone...loving it!!!

  • I get 2 weeks vacation. I get paid sick days and holidays. I work a 9/80 schedule so every other Friday off. I've only been here almost 3 years. When my 5 years roll around, I'll get 3 weeks vacation. We get about 10-11 holidays off paid per year. If the holiday falls on our Friday off, we take the Thursday before or Monday after off.

  • 20 PTO, 10 holidays, 2 floating holidays. No carry over. I lost two weeks last year and was on track to loose everything this year. Hadn't taken vacation in almost a year so I've crammed in three weeks this summer and plan to fit in the rest at the last minute. I'm still probably going to loose some. I love all the time, but it is hard to actually take it.

  • Hmmmm....vacation days. Last year I only had 4 days of vacation, plus a week for Christmas vacation. So that makes up to only 14 days last year. I'd love to have 2 months of vacation! Hahaha.
