  • Hi there! I cook gluten free! :-) www.momcooksglutenfree.blogspot.com is my blog with a lot of different gluten free recipes. What kind of recipes are you looking for? I'd post a couple here but there isn't much space. If you tell me what you're looking for or what you like, I'll tell you how to make it gluten free. :-)

  • Thanks Earthmama and Lylah , much appreciate it. Thanks for the new GF Blog- never saw that one before. Lylah....I like to cook as simply and basically as possible. I try to cook in the crock-pot
2-3 x's a week. I have a bread maker-but still have only used it once-to make GF stuffing last year for the
holidays. It turned out really good. One of my favorites is-The crockpot Ladys -GF stuffed peppers-easy
good and everyone (16 and 25 yrs.) eats the peppers too. ( Thats not counting the hubby that just eats
a small amount of the pepper) I've gotten past the I don't know what to eat or buy stage- just looking for different recipes that are easy too.
