2 teaspoons brown sugar

1 lime

Blue Cheese Dip:

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

2 tablespoons chopped chives

Season wings with salt and pepper. Mix chili powder, cumin, chili powder, brown sugar, juice of lime and olive oil in a bow. Put wings into large Ziploc bags. Fill bags with sauce. Shake until wings are coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Preheat over to 375 degrees. After oiling one baking sheet, place wings on. Bake for 20 minutes. Turn wings over. Bake for 15 minutes or until looking ready. Mix all the blue cheese dip ingredients in a small bowl and serve.
