Easy Turkey Burger

This thick turkey burger is guilt-free, but tastes anything but! It’s so full of flavor and will definitely fill up even your hungriest child. The best part? You can make this whole dinner in less than fifteen minutes. How’s that for a quick dinner recipe?


  • 3/4 lb. lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 C. chopped onion
  • 1/4 C. mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 spray of cooking spray
  • 4 whole-wheat hamburger buns


  • Combine the turkey, onions, mushrooms and eggs. Divide into four patties.
  • Spray a skillet with cooking spray, and heat over medium heat.
  • Cook patties for 4 minutes on each side, then turn over and cook for an additional 3 minutes
  • Place a burger on each bun.
