Corn On The Cob With A Kick

Let's be real, corn on the cob has a lot of potential to be a super tasty treat but sometimes we just don't know how to season it right. Give your Labor Day corn on the cob a kick with this spicy corn recipe.


  • 2 ears of corn, shucked
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4 teaspoon Cholula Chipotle-flavored hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Pinch of salt and pepper for taste


  1. In a sauce pan, melt butter on low heat. Add in garlic, pepper flakes, hot sauce, cumin, and salt and pepper to sauce pan. Mix together.
  2. Place pieces of corn on aluminum foil and rub with seasoned mixture. Seal corn tightly with foil.
  3. Grill corn for 15 to 20 minutes, or until preferred doneness. Serve with butter.
