Plain, unsweetened iced tea can be boring, but how do you get a tasty glass of iced tea without adding all that sugar? Infusing your tea with lemon and mint is a surefire way to quench your thirst this Labor Day without giving you a sugar rush. Try this quick and easy iced tea for an end-of-summer refreshment.

  • 3 cups black tea, chilled
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • Ice cubes

  1. To make tea, boil half the amount of water you need and immerse tea bags in water. Let tea bags seep for 3-4 minutes, then remove bags and add other half of water. Chill in refrigerator until cold.
  2. In a large pitcher, place lemon, lime, and mint. Add in ice cubes and chilled tea, and stir gently.
  3. Refrigerate for 5 hours before serving.
