As long as you have a stand mixer or a strong hand, you don’t need to bother with an ice cream maker! This recipe is so simple and versatile that you can substitute any fruit or flavors to make it work. Try raspberries, blueberries, or bananas!

Serve: 6 / Prep: 30 mins. / Cook 0 mins.

2 C. heavy whipping cream

1 can sweetened condensed milk

3 T. butter

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 C. strawberries

Melt butter in a pan and set aside. De-stem and hull your strawberries. Cut into small pieces. Blend half the strawberries until smooth. In a large bowl, combine the milk, melted butter, vanilla, blended strawberries, and unblended strawberries. Mix the whipping cream with a stand mixer until thick. Mix in the strawberry mixture and stir evenly. Pour the ice cream into a freezer safe container and freeze overnight.
